An Unpleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

During my stay, I encountered a musty smell that lingered throughout the halls and my room. Despite the friendly staff and decent service, it wasn’t enough to overlook the need for significant updates to the hotel. Opt for a different option if you’re sensitive to odors.

Jacksonville's food scene didn't disappoint! I found the most amazing homemade ice cream nearby—it's a scoop of pure happiness. Plus, the Dunkin' not far away was a lifesaver for my caffeine fix. As for the hotel, the bed in my King Room was super comfy! I truly felt relaxed.

We had a nice stay with clean rooms, a great gym, and a fantastic pool. The staff was genuinely friendly.

I liked that the TV had Netflix, which was a bonus. The heating worked great, so I felt cozy. Overall, it was a chill stay, despite the slight shower issue.

My stay at Fairfield Inn was highly satisfactory, thanks to the exceptional service from the staff. The front desk team, especially Sandreka and Riadry, were incredibly accommodating and professional. The housekeeping staff, particularly Omyra, ensured that my room was spotless and well-stocked with fresh towels and linen. This level of service truly exemplified excellent hospitality and made my work trip very comfortable.

the curtains didn’t close all the way, so we saw people walkin' by all night. but the oatmeal and nuts at breakfast were surprising, and the bold coffee hit the spot. the bathroom was super clean too.

Solid selection for strolling in Jacksonville with excellent value for money. The breakfast had decent options like mini omelets and waffles. Try to get an early check-in if you can.
